Public NoticeNotice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Burnet, Texas will be held on the 3rd day of December, 2012, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 2402 S. Water Street, Burnet, Texas 78611 at which time the following subjects will be discussed, to-wit:
Zoning Actions:
Item 1: A request for consideration to rezone property located at the 1100 Block of S. Water Street from its current zoning designation of R-1 Single Family Residential and C-1 Light Commercial to a zoning designation of C-3 Heavy Commercial.
Item 2: A request for consideration to rezone property located at 509 N. Main Street from its current zoning of “R-1” Single Family Residential to a zoning designation of “R-2” Residential Duplex.
