PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICEThere will be a public hearing at the regular scheduled City of Horseshoe Bay Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting on December 4, 2012 beginning at 3:00 o’clock p.m., concerning two rezoning requests. The first request is to rezone from R-1 Single Family residential to C-2 General Commercial all of Lots 37057, 37058, 37059 and a portion of Lots 37056 and 37060 of Horseshoe Bay, Plat No. 37.3, being a total of 2.26 acres. The second request is to rezone from R-1 Single Family Residential to A-1 Recreational all of Lot 27055 and a portion of Lots 37056 and 37060 of Horseshoe Bay, Plat No. 37.3, being a total of 1.64 acres. Both of these requests will be considered as one agenda item, followed by discussion and action on the same. A replat of all of these lots will also be requested from City Council at their meeting on December 11, 2012. The purpose of the two rezoning requests is to allow for commercial development on the 2.26 acre parcel and the 1.64 acre parcel will be conveyed to The City of Horseshoe Bay for Park use. The public hearing will be at the City Council Chambers, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas. You may provide comments regarding this rezoning at the public hearing or any time prior to the hearing, in writing or by calling the City Development Services Department at (830)-598-8741.
