PUBLIC NOTICE:Notice is hereby given that on November 20, 2012, the City of Cottonwood Shores’ Board of Adjustments unanimously voted to condemn the property at 3705 Lakeview Drive in Cottonwood Shores, TX due to noncompliance of the city’s building and property codes. Owner of the property has 30 days to comply with citations and bring property up to code or it will be demolished.
