TO: FLORENCIO A. GALINDO, Respondent
You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney does not file a written answer with the Clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 20 days after you were served this citation and petition, a default judgment may be taken against you. The petition of, Petitioners, was filed in the County Court at Law of Burnet County, Texas on the 6yh day of April, 2011, against FLORENCIO A. GALINDO, Respondent, numbered 37066 and entitled IN THE MATTER OF THE MARRIAGE MARIA I. GALINDO AND FLORENCIO A. GALINDO.
The suit requests the court grant a divorce and all other relief requested in the petition on file with the Clerk.
