PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARINGThe City Council of the City of Cottonwood Shores will conduct a Public hearing at 6:30pm on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at the CWS Volunteer Fire Dept., 610 Birch Lane, Cottonwood Shores, TX 78657, to receive comments on the amending of the City’s Zoning Ordinance 14000 and Building Ordinance 3010 to cover the City’s ETJ within the Ordinance regulations and to increase the minimum lot size from 50’ x 100’ to 100’ x 100’ for R1 zoning classified lots. Folloing the Public Hearing, the City Council will take final action on the Ordinance amendments. For more information, contact City Hall at 830-693-3830.
