PUBLIC NOTICEThere will be a public hearing at the March 26th, 2013 meeting of the Burnet County Commissioner’s Court, 9 a.m., 220 South Pierce, Burnet, second floor of the courthouse, concerning the cancellation of the Deer Valley Estates Subdivision. The Deer Valley Subdivision is a public subdivision consisting of 143.79 acres out of the W. D. F. Harrison Survey No. 53 and the JNO. St. Clair Survey No. 54, Burnet County Texas. Any person who is interested in the property and who wishes to protest the proposed cancellation should appear at the time and place specified above.
