KINGSLAND MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICTNOTICE OF HEARING TO EXCLUDE PROPERTY FROM THE BOUNDARIESOF THE DISTRICT
All interested property owners are hereby advised that the Board of Directors of the Kingsland Municipal Utility District shall conduct a public hearing at 9:00 AM March 25, 2013, at the offices of the District, Reynolds & Ingram Streets, Kingsland, Texas, on that Petition filed by Ronnie and Francis McPheeters for Exclusion of Lot Nos. Four Hundred Eighty-two (482) and Four Hundred Eighty-three (483), Lakeside Heights, Unit No. Three (3), a subdivision in Llano County, Texas, according to the Plat recorded in Volume 88, Page 226 Deed Records of Llano County, Texas. All interested property owners are hereby advised of their right to appear at the time and place of said public hearing either in support or in contest of such proposed exclusion and to offer evidence thereon.
