FIVE HUNDRED TWELVE (512), FOREST HILLS SECTION, SHERWOOD SHORES II, A SUBDIVISION IN BURNETT COUNTY, TEXAS, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 1, PAGE 156, PLAT RECORDS OF BURNET COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID PORTION OF LOT NO. FIVE HUNDRED TWELVE (512)
SAVE AND EXCEPT PORTION
BEING 625 AQUARE FOOT AREA ON THE WESTERLY PORTION OF LOT 512, SHERWOOD SHORESS II, FOREST HILLS SECTION, A SUBDIVISION IN BURNETT COUNTY, TEXAS ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED BURNET COUNTY PLAT RECORDS VOL. 1 PAGE 156, SAID 625 SF AREA BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE COMMON REAR CORNER OF LOT 512, 511, 494, AND 493, AN IRON ROD FOUND NEAR A CREEKBED,
THENCE S 2 DEG 26’06” W 55, 9” TO AN IRON ROD SET IN THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 512,
THENCE N 61 DEG 00’ W 25.0 TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 512, A COMMON CORNER WITH LOTS 513, 492, AND 493,
THENCE N 29 DEG 00” E 50.0’ WITH THE REAR BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 512, A COMMON BOUNDARY WITH LOT 493, TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
The suit requests the court and all other relief requested in the petition on file with the Clerk.
