KINGSLAND MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NOTICE OF HEARING TO EXCLUDE PROPERTY FROM THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICT
All interested property owners are hereby advised that the Board of Directors of the Kingsland Municipal Utility District shall conduct a public hearing at 9:00 AM October 22, 2012, at the offices of the District, Reynolds & Ingram Streets, Kingsland, Texas on that Petition filed by Eric and Elizabeth Kloepper for Exclusion of Lot No. One Hundred Seventy-Three (173) Lakeside Heights, Unit No. One (1), a subdivision in Llano County, Texas according to the Plat recorded in Volume 87, Pages 71, 72, and 73 Deed Records of Llano County, Texas. All interested property owners are hereby advised of their right to appear at the time and place of said public hearing either in support or in contest of such proposed exclusion and to offer evidence thereon.Mary Ann Hefner
