Public NoticeThere will be a public hearing concerning the Replat of Lots W22003-A and W22003-B of Horseshoe Bay West, Plat No. W22.3 to be known as “Horseshoe Bay West, Plat No. W22.003 0.28 acres out of the Robert Bratton Survey No. 1, Abstract No. 37 Llano County, Texas, at the regular scheduled City of Horseshoe Bay Council Meeting on January 22, 2013 beginning at 3:00 P.M., followed by discussion and action on the same. The public hearing will be at the City Council Chambers, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas. The owner of both lots is combining the two lots into one larger lot. You may provide comments regarding this replat at the public hearing or any time prior to the hearing, in writing or by calling the City Development Services Department at (830) 598-8741.
