Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on January 17, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 2221 N. Phillips Ranch Road, Granite Shoals, Texas and subsequently the City Council will hold public hearings on January 22, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 2221 N. Phillips Ranch Road, Granite Shoals, Texas, for the following items:
• Public hearing on the replat of Lots 810, 811, 812 and 813, Sherwood Shores II Addition, Live Oak Section, 113-119 Hickory St., City of Granite Shoals, Burnet County, Texas, zoned R-1 (single family-1 zoning district), Todd Holland, owner and applicant.
• Public hearing on the replat of Lots 240 and 241, Sherwood Shores II Addition, Hillcrest Section, 1707 Northcrest St., City of Granite Shoals, zoned R-1 (single family residential zoning district), Rio Ranch Homes, owner and applicant.
