Excitement was in the air on the morning of March 27, 2023, as the Texas State Chapter (TSC) P.E.O. Sisterhood, a philanthropic educational organization, established the Highland Lakes Area P.E.O. Council. Members of P.E.O. are passionate women on a mission to help women reach for the stars through education.
