The Burnet County Commissioners Court recently proposed the new property tax rate for Fiscal Year 20232024, set to begin Oct. 1.
During the Aug. 8 meeting, the court agreed 4-0 upon a rate of .3541 per $100 of property valuation to fund the county budget for FY 2024.
