State AG opinion nudges director exit

An opinion issued Oct. 23 by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton indicates Sara Ann Luther is ineligible to continue as the Burnet County Human Resources director, a position she held since July 2018. Luther resigned promptly after the AG released his opinion. Two days later, former Burnet County Human Resources Director Shirley Bullard returned to serve as the interim director.
