She was a graduate of Trinity University where she received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. She dedicated he life to her husband, her children, and later to her eight grandchildren. She enjoyed group bible study, playing piano, swimming, and she was an avid reader. For many years she was a volunteer in elementary children reading groups.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Edward Maunder; brother James Read; and her parents. She is survived by sons and daughters-inlaw Jim and Gina Maunder and Mark and Susan Maunder of Austin; daughter and son-in-law Cindy and Tim Woodson of Conway, Ark.; sister and brother-in-law Marilynn and Johnny Franke of San Antonio; grandchildren Doug, Derek, Christina, Jennifer, Lauren, Laura, Peter, and Carolyn; and other relatives and friends. She will be deeply missed by all her friends and family who will always remember her beautiful example of faith, hope and love.
