Buchanan Dam woman indicted on child pornography charges

Jenny Junkin, 49, of Buchanan Dam was indicted Friday on two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of producing or directing a sexual performance by a child.

Junking was arrested in late July by Burnet County Sheriffs Deputies after an investigation of the possession of pornography of a child younger than 18, and production of pornography of a child younger than 14 which occurred in a private home, said Burnet County Capt. Dwight Hardin.

Junkin’s indictment states that she "knowingly possess(ed) visual material that visually depicted a child... engaging in sexual conduct, to-wit: actual lewd exhibition of the anus.” The indictment also states that Junkin "knowlingly produce(d) a performance... a photograph that included sexual conduct.” The two counts of possession are both third degree felonies and the count of production is a second degree felony.
