Peggy Lee, of Buchanan Dam, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Aug. 25 at the age of 77.She was born to Granville Bolton and James (Gaylor) Bolton on Sept. 15, 1935 in Lilac, Texas. Peggy worked as a teller at the Llano National Bank for many years.
She is survived by her two daughters, Debbie Hays and husband, Bob, of Llano and Sandy Cardiff and husband, Les, of Driftwood.Peggy is also survived by her brother, James Bolton and wife, Linda, of Houston; sister, Janet Scudder, and husband, Carl, of Wimberley; grandsons, Dr. Robby Hays and wife, Katie, Michael Hays and wife, Kacey, and Jonny Hays and wife, Jessica, and seven great grandchildren Kaylynn, Carsten, Faith, Elizabeth, Zoe, Emily and Aiden.
She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents.
Memorial services will be at the Buchanan West Baptist Church in Buchanan Dam at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31 with Rev. John Taylor officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Buchanan West Baptist Church, 850 Lillian Dean, Buchanan Dam, TX 78609.
