So Burnet wants to kick the kids out of the parks at 10:PM, which during the summer is a little after dark. Then they have to find some place to congragate or play sports in small goups, instead of being in larger groups right out in the open public view. Why do you want to take away a common meeting place that is easily patrolled and force them to hid out to enjoy talking, visiting and light sport activities. You waste money on organized activities but refuse to let them use the facilities on their own time. Try being smart and encurage them to congragate in public areas instead of accepting a ride from someone questionable or going to someones house. Most of them are just looking for a place to sit around and shoot the bull with their friends.
