The Burnet high school and middle school cross country teams enjoyed running against some great competition at Saturday’s meet in Round Rock.
"Round Rock is the site of the state cross country meet, and one of the largest meets we will compete in prior to the regional and state meets,” said head coach Stuart Dixon.
"The teams loved the competition and the atmosphere; they are fired up for their meet this Thursday in Lampasas,” added Dixon.
