He is survived by wife Pat Brooks of Marble Falls; sons Robert Mark Brooks of Brownwood, Royce Dell Brooks of Castorville, Joel Ryan Brooks of McGuire AFB, N.J., and Christopher Hugh’s Brooks of Leander; step-children Wesley Jay Bowling of Herriman, Utah, Dama Jean Roberts of Salt Lake City, Woodrow Charles Turner of Moody, Larry Wayne Turner of St. George, Utah, and Lacie Turner of Marble Falls; nineteen grandchildren; and sister Patsy Head of Spring Branch.
Visitation was held Thursday, Feb. 21 from 9-10 a.m. at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Marble Falls. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at Union Band Cemetery in Voca and Pontotoc, Texas.
