May 28, 2013, 8:00 am by Staff Reports
Glenn was a hard worker with many hobbies including membership at the Buchanan Arts and Crafts Gallery where he sold paintings. He started Smith & Sons Construction with Teryl and Dwight. Glenn made and supplied ammo to the Llano City Police Department. He built his wife a new home for their 50th wedding anniversary. He was almost finished turning his truck into a hydrogen-generated vehicle. Glenn built waterfalls and landscaped ponds for several people in the area. Most of these hobbies he did all while pastoring a church.
Glenn was always busy, and full of life, spreading the word of God. This was his purpose in life. When anyone would ask Glenn how he was doing, he always replied, "I couldnít be any better unless I was home with Jesus.Ē
Glenn and Joy have 10 grandchildren Rachel, Jonathan, Naomi, Ryan, Clint, Cody, Nicholas, Chase, Stormie, and Nicole. They also have five great grandchildren Zachary, Jonathan-David, Blakely, Draven, and Trinity.
