My Girlfriend and I recently purchased a home in Spicewood TX, we move in Nov. 13th and would like to rent out one of our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home rooms once we move in. We are pretty easy going, enjoy the taste of beer, enjoy BBQ's. We have a hot tub with a very private fenced in back yard. Our master bedroom and bath take up the entire 2nd floor so the 1st floor bath will be entirely yours (except when we have guests). The room is 12'x12' with a closet. My girlfriend Jen travels for her job with FEMA regulary but I will be there always so I want a friendly, sociable, proffessional individual to become a friend as well as renter to share our living space. We have two friendly, well mannered dogs, access to the Briarcliff Marina per our association fee which includes a park with 3 miles of hiking trails, and we have enough room in the garage for a bike if needed.
