Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Burnet, Texas, will be held on the 7th day of December, 2009, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 2402 S. Water Street, Burnet, Texas 78611 at which time the following subjects will be discussed, to-wit:

Request for approval of a Short Form Subdivision of property located at 901 S. Main Street, owned by Mr. Romulo Mejia. The property is legally described as Tract No. 2, being .5 acres of Abstract No. A0187 in the B.B. Castleberry Addition, Burnet, Burnet County, Texas. This request is to create two (2) lots from the existing one.
