William “Bill” Edward Cain, 67, of Marble Falls died Nov. 11.

Born Sept. 21, 1942 in Irving, Bill was the son of J.D. and Myrtle (Clark) Cain. He retired as a firefighter for the City of Irving.

Bill is survived by his wife Bonnie Cain of Marble Falls; sons, Allen R. Cain and wife Angie of Rowlett, Steven Lloyd Cain and wife Joanie of Midlothian, and Troy David Cain of Grapevine; grandchildren, Krista, Meaghen, Brett, Cody, Brittney, Amanda, and Hayden; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Harmony and Liam; step-brother, Gary Williams; sisters, Donna Williams and Connie Holmes; and step-sister, Betty Beasley. He also is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister,Sharon Smith.

Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 13 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, Marble Falls from 6 to 8 p.m. The memorial service will be Saturday, Nov. 14 at Smithwick Church of Christ at 1 p.m. with Linvel Baker and Hank Lewis officiating.

Pallbearers are Willis Lewis, Ray Coe, Sidney Stapleton, Harold Nicholson, Ray Grudowski, Randy Fry, Ralph Allen Clark, and Dwayne Faith. Honorary pallbearers are Wilford Fry, Tommy Fry, and Butch Sylvester.

Memorials may be given to Marble Falls High School Class of 1959 Scholarship Fund, Attention: Madolyn Frasier, P.O. Box 91, Marble Falls, TX 78654 or Kenneth Cantwell Memorial Scholarship, Panola College, Attention: Dr. Lillian Cook, 1109 W Panola St, Carthage, Texas 75633.
