Brooks Mill, Ltd. has been chosen as the Bertram Chamber of Commerce Business of the Month for March.
Brooks Mill, Ltd. was founded in 2003 by Danny and Wynn Floyd. The company’s name originates from its first land purchase on Brooks Mill Road. Since its establishment, Brooks Mill, Ltd. has steadily grown, focusing on real estate development and investment.
In 2020, the company completed its first major residential development, Dove Meadow that included 174 lots. Earlier, in 2016, Brooks Mill, LTD. acquired property on Highway 29, where the first office building was constructed that is currently occupied by the owners along with offices available to rent. A second office building followed in 2021 and is currently leased by Central Texas Acupuncture and Wellness Center.
