Good Friday McDonald’s fundraiser to benefit 100 Club

Friday, April 18, McDonald’s restaurants across South and Central Texas will hold a fundraiser to support local 100 Club chapters in their mission to provide financial support to family members of law enforcement officers and firefighters who have been killed or seriously injured in the line of duty.

Friday, April 18, McDonald’s restaurants across South and Central Texas will hold a fundraiser to support local 100 Club chapters in their mission to provide financial support to family members of law enforcement officers and firefighters who have been killed or seriously injured in the line of duty.

The fundraiser will take place on Good Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 10% of lunch sales will benefit nine organizations: The 100 Club, The 100 Club of Central Texas including Burnet and Marble Falls, The 100 Club of Comal County, 100 Club of Corpus Christi, 100 Club of the Heart of Texas, Hill Country 100 Club, 100 Club of Kendall County, 100 Club of Gillespie County and 100 Club of San Antonio. Locally, funds will be donated to the Hill Country 100 Club.

“We are honored to partner with our valued McDonald’s owners/ operators who dedicate a portion of their Good Friday lunch sales to the 100 Club of Hill Country.” said Brian Lucas, chairman of Hill Country 100 Club. “Thank you, McDonald’s, for your many years of support to the 100 Club. Let’s all come out to enjoy a McDonald’s lunch this coming Good Friday and support your local first responders!”
