Assisted living resident dies after saving neighbors
Ernest Lelwin “Lee” Brizendine died during a flood that robbed many innocent and unsuspecting victims in Burnet County like a thief in the night, during the early morning hours of July 5.
It was one horrific event, occurring during a weekend that should have been devoted solely to barbecue, beautiful fireworks and cheerful camaraderie.
