I am thrilled to announce that we are able to give a 3% raise across the board to all our dedicated teachers and staff.
This is particularly significant as many districts are facing more severe financial challenges than Burnet CISD.
Thanks to the conservative approach by our School Board, we are in a relatively stable financial position.
This stability allows us to reward the hard work and commitment of our team while remaining competitive in a challenging teacher market.

Student Dress Code We will be tightening up our dress code expectations for students starting in the upcoming school year. In the past, there have been instances of students deviating from the approved dress code. Moving forward, we will ensure that all students adhere strictly to the guidelines.
This change is aimed at maintaining a respectful and conducive learning environment for everyone.
Here are some key points to note:
• Any body piercing jewelry, except appropriately-sized earrings or nostril studs, is prohibited. Nose gauges are considered a safety hazard and are not acceptable.
• Dresses, skirts, all split garments, and shorts must be of appropriate length. Items that are too short are not acceptable.
Your support as parents in this effort would be greatly appreciated. Bertram Elementary Gymnasium Exciting renovations are underway at Bertram Elementary Gymnasium.
The gym is getting a muchneeded facelift with new exterior paint to match the rest of the school. The work is currently in progress and is already looking fantastic.
