Friday night football in Burnet is about more than just what happens on the field – it’s a full community showcase of spirit, tradition, and dedication. Supporting the Bulldogs are the Burnet Esprit de Corps marching band, Highlandettes, cheerleaders, and the ever-spirited student section, all bringing unmatched energy and pride to Bulldog Stadium.

The Burnet Esprit de Corps, led by head drum major Victoria Davis, kept the stadium alive with music and rhythm. Her mother, Colleen Davis, shared, “Victoria set a goal as a freshman to become head drum major and we’re very proud of her leadership this season. The band puts in more practice time than most people realize – early mornings, late nights, Friday games, and Saturday competitions. The band is smaller this year, but they’re hardworking and talented, and we’re excited to see what they can do!”

The student section never fails to deliver. Each week brings a theme, with neon colors lighting up the home opener. They chanted and cheered in sync with the drumline, fueling the Bulldogs’ momentum on the field.
