The Burnet High School football team defeated Little River Academy 3128 Sept. 12.
”This is guys’ first win (of the season),” head coach Ben Speer said. “They had a chance to really go beat somebody way earlier, and we didn’t get it done. That’s a learning curve. The guys are going to work.”
The Bumblebees (0-3) led 7-0 in the first quarter thanks to a nine-yard run.
