Get ready for one of the most anticipated community events of the year: the Buckaroo Ball is back! Happening this weekend Saturday, Oct. 4 from 5–9 p.m. at the YMCA in Burnet, this annual fundraiser from the Boys & Girls Club of the Highland Lakes brings together neighbors, local businesses, and supporters for a night of western-themed fun, all in support of local youth.

The Buckaroo Ball is one of the club’s most essential fundraising events, helping sustain affordable, high-impact programs that serve hundreds of children across Burnet and Llano counties.

Covering a region of more than 1,900 square miles, the Club provides a safe, supportive environment where local youth can learn, grow, and thrive after school and during the summer, regardless of their family’s income. They have dedicated staff and Club locations in Kingsland, Marble Falls, Llano, Burnet, and Bertram, making their impact felt across the Highland Lakes.
