Burnet High School tennis player Nick Dietrich is advancing to the Class 4A Region III tournament thanks to earning a silver medal in boys singles from the District 24-4A tournament in Taylor April 1-2.
Down 0-3 in the first set of his first and second matches, the Bulldog came storming back to win.
He won his first match 6-4, 6-4 and his semifinal 7-5, 6-1 to finish no worse than second in the tournament and earn the regional tournament berth.
