If your calendar isn’t full yet, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. Between live music, ribbon cuttings, and opportunities to support our local schools, there are plenty of ways to get involved this month.
Mark your calendars for this Saturday, June 20, when Little Texas takes the stage for our next Jackson Street Jams concert on Burnet’s Historic Square, with opener, the Daniel Hopkins Band. If you’ve never experienced a summer evening on the square with live music, local shopping, great food, and friends, this is the perfect opportunity. Bring a lawn chair, bring a friend, and make an evening of it, the show starts at 7 p.m.
Come early and visit all the shops and eateries on the historic Burnet square. We look forward to seeing the community come together for another fantastic night of music in downtown Burnet.
Member of the Month This month, the Burnet Chamber also recognized Clarkson & Company as our June Member of the Month. Clarkson & Company provide heating and air conditioning service (vital this time of year) but above all, they continually demonstrate what it means to invest in our community. We are grateful for everything they do to help make our community a better place to live, work, and do business. Congratulations to the entire Clarkson & Company team on this well-deserved recognition.
We are also excited to welcome one of our newest Burnet Chamber members, The One Loose Tooth Tavern.
Join us on Wednesday, June 17, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. for a Ribbon Cutting and Business After Hours celebration at 1402 Buchanan Drive, located inside the VFW.
The ribbon cutting will take place at 4:30 p.m., followed by networking and refreshments. This is a great opportunity to meet the team, check out the updated space, and help us give The One Loose Tooth Tavern a warm Burnet welcome.
As always, thank you for supporting local businesses and investing in the community that helps Burnet thrive.
