Mason Cooley once said, “Reading gives us someplace to go when we have to stay where we are.” Thanks to the leadership of Darlene Denton and the support of the Burnet City Council, residents of Burnet will soon have more opportunities to embark on these literary journeys.
Darlene Denton has been instrumental in the placement of several free little libraries throughout our community.
At a recent meeting, the council approved placing the next little library at Randy Longoria Park on East Live Oak.
