Burnet County libraries celebrate 75th anniversary

It was time to celebrate the big 75, time to enter the 75-year club. More than 100 locals and visitors helped the Burnet County Library System celebrate its 75th anniversary Sept.

It was time to celebrate the big 75, time to enter the 75-year club.

More than 100 locals and visitors helped the Burnet County Library System celebrate its 75th anniversary Sept. 17 in Burnet at the Burnet County Historical Jail Museum and Visitors Center, 900 County Lane.

“We are awesome,” Burnet Herman Brown Free Librarian Director Florence Reeves told the Bulletin. “Our library means so much to people.”
