Burnet Bulldog Team Tennis in playoff hunt

The Team Tennis season is nearing the end of their regular season matches and Burnet is still in the playoff hunt. Last week the Dawgs hosted Legacy Ranch; a new school based in Liberty Hill. The Wranglers currently only have freshman and unfortunately did not have enough tennis players to compete as a team. The result was an official 19-0 forfeit victory for Burnet.

Legacy Ranch brought one boy and 13 girls to compete in Burnet last Wednesday.

“We were able to play singles and doubles for all our varsity and JV girls,” said Burnet tennis coach Ben Boorman. “We won 11 of the 16 matches we played in.”
