Nothing like Chicago, Texas! Standing atop Big Shoulders in The City That Works

Editor’s Note: This column is the first of a twopart series. Recently, the Texan told himself, “I have always wanted to see Chicago, Illinois.” Seconds later, he said, “Yes, I will go to Chicago.” Thus, last month, for the first time, the Texan ventures into Chicago, also known as the City of the Big Shoulders, The City That Works, Paris on the Prairie, the Windy City.
