Burnet Presbyterian Church will turn 150 years old on Aug. 12, 2024. BPC is the red brick building on the corner of Texas 29 and Pierce Street, just off the town square in Burnet.
A special Celebration Worship Service commemorating BPC’s 150th birthday will be held Aug. 11, 2024 at 11 a.m.
Burnet Presbyterian Church was formed August 12, 1874. Until 1941 BPC was served mostly by supply pastors and lay leaders rather than called pastors. Since then, BPC has usually had called pastors with occasional breaks.
