Student athletes named Academic All-State

Academic All-State awards honoring student athletes in the 2024 Bulldog Football program were recently released and Burnet earned 11 spots on the list. This is a prestigious list that includes the names of hardworking student athletes that take care of business both on the field and in the classroom.

To be considered for the list student athletes, student trainers, or managers must be in good standing with the team, be of good moral character, and be a senior. They also must have an overall GPA of 92 or above, including all courses throughout their high school career grades 9-12.

It takes a lot of dedication to earn a spot on the Academic All-State list.
