Established in 1940 by Gussie Nell Davis at Kilgore College in Kilgore, Texas, the Kilgore Rangerettes revolutionized pregame and halftime entertainment as the first precision dance team in the United States. Dressed in their iconic red, white, and blue uniforms, they set the gold standard for drill teams and became an integral part of American football culture.
