The Bertram Chamber of Commerce kicked off the new year with a packed luncheon on Monday. There were lots of new faces in attendance, as membership continues to grow.

The program for the luncheon was a “Year in Review 2024”. This columnist – Business Manager Betty Predmore – gave an overview of what the Chamber had accomplished in the past year, including adding many new businesses to the membership and the Grand Opening of the Bertram Chamber & Visitor Center. She highlighted the partnerships that Bertram Chamber of Commerce is proud to be a part of, including the City of Bertram, Bertram, EDC, Burnet Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, Burnet County Stock Show, Bertram Library, Burnet County, and BCISD. Betty also explained the new membership tiers and their additional benefits.

New members will have an opportunity for a new member orientation on Jan. 13 at 6 p.m. at the Visitor Center, and there is also an opportunity for small business owners to join a Small Business Roundtable to collaborate and support one another. Anyone interested in joining the Bertram Chamber can find the application on their website at www.bertramchamber. com. The “join” tab in the headings will take you to the application.
