Soccer battling more than just opponents

Both the boys and girls soccer programs have been battling a flu outbreak that has left their teams down in numbers over the past few weeks. The girls teams seem to be on the upswing of the outbreak while the boys found themselves still fighting to keep numbers up.

All Burnet’s soccer teams started with Achieve last Tuesday.

The Bulldog soccer teams traveled to Austin to play the Achieve Polar Bears. For the JV team it was a fight for second place in the district. Unfortunately, the Dawgs dropped the match despite good effort throughout.
