After vote delay, LCRA explaining Water Management Plan

Water stakeholders in the Colorado River basin have began re-examining the details of a revised plan for allocating water in the Highland Lakes after the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) delayed a vote on the matter last week. Monday’s meeting conducted by LCRA staff and attended by stakeholders from throughout the river basin was the first of four such meetings before the utility’s board of directors is expected to vote on the revised Water Management Plan (WMP) at its Wednesday, Sept. 17, meeting.
