Texas Watershed workshop set May 22

A Texas Watershed Steward workshop on water quality and availability issues related to the Pedernales River will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, at the Hill Country University Center.

The no-cost training is open to anyone interested in improving the land and watershed quality of the Pedernales River area, coordinators said.

Participants are encouraged to preregister at http://tws.tamu.edu.

The program is presented by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board in coordination with the Hill Country Alliance.
