The Kingsland Chamber of Commerce is bringing back the Kingsland AquaBoom Spirit of Kingsland Award as a “community wide celebration of American independence and Kingsland pride,” the Chamber announced last week.
“While many of the usual AquaBoom activities are having to be cancelled or rescheduled this year due to Covid, we would love to encourage everyone to keep the Spirit of Kingsland alive!” the Chamber announced. “We are bringing back the Spirit of Kingsland Award this year, sponsored by the Kingsland Chamber of Commerce, in which all businesses are welcome and encouraged to participate by decorating their businesses for the Fourth of July holiday.” Judging will start at 9 a.m.
Judging will start at 9 a.m. July 2 and decoration must stay up through July 4. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded.
