Cooper Stuteville, a member of the National Honor Society, takes it all in as he crosses the stage after receiving his diploma. Burnet’s graduation was held inside Bulldog Gym Friday night in a last second change due to weather. Hundreds packed the stands to cheer for their favorite graduate and despite the change in venue it was a fantastic evening honoring the grads of 2021.

Will Rundzieher, a member of the BHS Class of 2021, proudly crosses the stage after receiving his diploma on Friday evening. Will is the youngest of three Rundzieher boys who attended BHS and the final Burnet graduate for his family.

Burnet honor graduate Jordan Messer expresses excitement as he crosses the stage to receive his diploma during Burnet’s commencement exercises. Bad weather forced a change of venue from Bulldog Stadium to the BHS Gym, but the rain didn’t put a damper on the graduates’ emotions.

Above, Burnet valedictorian Emily Carley delivered a well-received speech during Burnet’s commencement program. The Class of 2021 graduated 187 seniors on Friday night.

At right, the 2021 BHS salutatorian Maxine Spiller accepts her diploma from board secretary Earl Foster. Despite a quick change due to weather Burnet’s administration did a fantastic job honoring the BHS Class of 2021.
