Burnet County elections workers train on new voting system

Later this month, Burnet County early voters will witness and experience the use of new electronic devices as they cast a ballot for the candidate of their choice, as well as whatever proposition they may approve.

Later this month, Burnet County early voters will witness and experience the use of new electronic devices as they cast a ballot for the candidate of their choice, as well as whatever proposition they may approve.

Hart Civic Inc. Project Manager Drew Stewart introduced the new appliances to local future poll workers during a training session April 9 in Burnet at the Texas AgriLife Extension.

Basically, it is a threestep setup, Stewart told the workers.
