Burnet extends payment assistance program

The Burnet City Council has approved an extension of the Residential and Commercial Customer Utility Payment Assistance Program for City of Burnet electric utility customers.

The Residential and Commercial Customers Public Utility Payment Assistance Program is intended to provide City of Burnet utility customers financially impacted by the pandemic with assistance with a portion of their electric, water, sewer, garbage, and recycling service charges.
