Clifford Wayne Perkins, born June 14,1982. in Odessa.

TX.. and passed away March 21, 2026 in Burnet. TX. Cliff has always loved his family and friends. He always worked hard and loved to play harder. Cliff loved fishing and swimming and enjoyed boating and any type of water sport. You could always count on him to go to the lake.

Cliff graduated from Burnet High School and then served in the U.S. Army. He spent time in Iraq and Afghanistan serving our country.

Cliff is preceded in death by his grandparents Louis Perkins, Barbara and Tommy Powers, Dorothy Pruitt, Clifford and Donna Steele and Bobby Broome.

Cliff is survived by his parents Tommy and Dorothy Perkins, mother Robin Tipsword. daughters Kaitlyn Perkins, Kaylie Perkins and husband Thor Wallace, Kathryn Rosales and husband Christian.

Annalise Perkins, brother Tommy Dean Perkins, sister Dorothy Barbee, niece Avaiyah Perkins, grandsons Samuel, Liam, Asher and Karson.

Also survived by stepsisters Rachel. Erica, Tonya and stepbrother Aaron. Cliff is also survived by his grandparents. Rufus Pruitt and Rlioda Broome along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The visitation for Cliff will be held Thursday March 26 from 5-7 pm at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Friday March 27 at 10 am at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home with military honors and burial to follow at the Board Branch cemetery near Lone Grove in Llano County.

Those named as pallbearers were Adam Perkins, Tommy Perkins. Thor Wallace, Christian Rosales, Jamie Dobbs and Chris Dobbs.
