Carl was born on April 7, 1960 in Wilmington, Delaware. He attended Marble Falls High School and was employed at Corworth Industries of Marble Falls.
He is preceded in death by his father, Carl B. Waechter Sr.; mother, Paulette Barnett Waechter.
Survivors are his Stepmother, Rebecca Waechter; brother, Gus Waechter;
Stepbrother, Joseph Williams; half sister, Brenda Carver; and half brother, Steve Ikler.
Arrangements under the care of Jenkins Funeral Home, Burnet, Texas.
